Premier Diagnostic Health Services Inc. Announces Change of Auditor

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb. 12, 2015) -

Premier Diagnostic Health Services Inc. ("Premier" or the "Company") (CSE:PDH), a medical diagnostics company, announces that it has changed its auditor. A. Chan and Company, Chartered Accountants ("Predecessor Auditor") has resigned effective as of February 12, 2015 and Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants (the "Successor Auditor") has been appointed as the Company's auditor effective February 12, 2015 until the close of the next annual general meeting of the Company.

The Predecessor Auditor has not expressed a modified opinion in its reports on any of the Company's financial statements during the period commencing on October 1, 2012 and ending on February 12, 2015. In the opinion of the Board of Directors of the Company no "reportable event," as defined in National Instrument 51-102, has occurred in connection with the audits of the two most recently completed fiscal years of the Company, or for the period from the most recently completed period for which the Predecessor Auditor issued an audit report in respect of the Company and the date of this news release.

The Company's audit committee and the board of directors of the Company have approved the resignation of the Predecessor Auditor. A reporting package has been filed with the regulators and will be included in the management materials sent to shareholders for the next annual general meeting of the Company.
