Bayshore Petroleum Corp. Announces Options Grant

Bayshore Petroleum Corp. ("Bayshore" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BSH) announces that it has issued 1,300,000 common stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company at a strike price of $0.12 per share, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The options vest immediately and have a term of five years from the date they are granted.
