Government of Canada supports winter tourism in the Levis region
LÉVIS, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Feb. 16, 2015) - While on visit to Lévis, Jacques Gourde, Member of Parliament for Lotbinière-Chutes-de-la-Chaudière and Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister, for Official Languages and for the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, today announced on behalf of the Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, that Club Auto-Neige Rive-Sud Inc. has been granted funding to acquire a new snow grooming machine.
This assistance is being awarded in the form of a $140,000 non-repayable financial contribution through CED's Quebec Economic Development Program.
