Brompton Funds Declare Distributions

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 17, 2015) - (TSX:DGS)(TSX:DGS.PR.A)(TSX:FFI.UN)(TSX:LBS)(TSX:SBC) - Brompton Funds announces distributions payable on March 13, 2015 to class A shareholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2015 for each of the following funds:

Dividend Growth Split Corp. announces a distribution in the amount of $0.13125 per preferred share (DGS.PR.A) payable on March 13, 2015 to holders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2015.

On December 18, 2014, Flaherty & Crumrine Investment Grade Fixed Income Fund announced special cash and estimated unit distributions. The actual unit distribution was $0.09630 per unit. Immediately following issuance, the units were automatically consolidated and as a result, unitholders hold the same number of units after the distribution as they held before it. The adjusted cost base of a holder's units has increased by the amount of the unit distribution effective December 31, 2014.
