Mr. Gee joins Golden Pacific Bank with over 30 years of experience in credit and commercial lending, and is widely respected for all aspects of business banking relationships and underwriting. Prior to joining Golden Pacific Bank, Mr. Gee was the Chief Credit Officer of the Bank of Sacramento for about ten years, where he was responsible for a multi million dollar commercial credit and commercial real estate lending portfolio, as well as directing the credit administrative function.

Mr. Gee successfully held positions at various financial services organizations through his career such as Chief Credit Officer and Department Manager for the Leasing Division of Commerce Security Bank, VP/Business Banking of CapitalBank Sacramento, and Management and Officer positions with AT&T Capital Corporation, Xerox Credit Corporation, Union Bank and Bank of America. Mr. Gee holds a MBA from the California State University of Sacramento, and a BA from the University of California, Davis.
