SIA “PATA AB” is owning 3'070 target Company's shares and which according to the agreement signed on February 18, 2015, is acting on its own behalf and on the behalf of the following shareholders:
SIA “Saldus Mežrūpniecības Uzņēmums”, registration number 48503002883, legal address "Mežvidi" Novadnieku pag., Saldus nov., LV-3801, on behalf of which shall act in accordance with the Statutes the Member of the board Uldis Mierkalns. SIA “Saldus Mežrūpniecības Uzņēmums” owns 171'833 shares of the target Company;
SIA “Kubit”, registration number 40103498353, legal address Cēsu 14, Riga, LV-1012, on behalf of which shall act in accordance with the Statutes the Chairman of the board Uldis Mierkalns. SIA “Kubit” owns 105'327 shares of the target Company;
SIA “Pienjāņi”, registration number 40103547358, legal address - "Pienjāņi" Skaistkalnes pag, Vecumnieku nov, LV-3924, on behalf of which shall act in accordance with the Statutes the Member of the board Jānis Mednis. SIA “Pienjāņi” owns 46'928 shares of the target Company;
SIA “JL Index”, registration number 40003989217, legal address - Vaļņu 4-5, Riga, LV-1050, on behalf of which shall act in accordance with the Statutes the Member of the Board Jānis Leimanis. SIA “JL Index” owns 20'442 shares of the target Company;
“Renagium Alliance Limited”, registration number HE278609, Limassol, Cyprus, legal address - Fragklinou Rousvelt, 140B, 2nd floor, Limassol, 3011, Cyprus, on behalf of which shall act the Director of "Conch Management Company Limited" Takis Papamichalopoulos. “Renagium Alliance Limited” owns 2'672 of the target Company and
Jānis Bertrāns, a shareholder, who owns 1'531 shares of the target Company.
Type of the share takeover bid: mandatory takeover bid
The price of one share in prospectus is set at: EUR 18.98
Term of takeover bid: takeover bid for AS “Saldus mežrūpniecība” shares will last for 30 days, starting on the next day when pfferer has published the official announcement in the official journal “Latvijas Vēstnesis” informing about the takeover bid. The takeover offer will come in force only after the according decision is made by FCMC on allowing to announce the takeover bid.
