Galaxy Graphite Corp. Announces 4:1 Share Consolidation and Name Change

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb. 24, 2015) - Galaxy Graphite Corp. ("Galaxy") (TSX VENTURE:GXY) is pleased to announce that on February 23, 2015, shareholders of Galaxy passed special resolutions to consolidate its issued share capital on a 4:1 basis with one (1) new common share to be issued to existing shareholders for each four (4) common shares held prior to the effective date of the share consolidation.

As a result of the share consolidation, the Company's current outstanding 27,499,557 common shares will be reduced to approximately 6,874,889 common shares. No fractional shares will be issued. Any fractions of a share will be rounded to the nearest whole number of common shares.

In addition, a special resolution was passed authorizing the company to change its name from Galaxy Graphite Corp. to Global Copper Group Inc.

The name change and share consolidation is expected to be effective on Thursday February 26, 2015 with a new trading symbol of "ICU".

On the effective date of the name change and share consolidation the CUSIP and ISIN number will change to 37890D106 and CA37890D1069.
