The board of directors of Financière de Tubize has issued the 2014 annual financial report. This report is available on the website www.financiere-tubize.be

When the general shareholders meeting of 22 April 2015 approves the 2014 annual accounts and the proposed result appropriation, a gross dividend of € 0.48 per share will be payable as from 8 May 2015 onwards at the offices, seats and branches of BNP Paribas Fortis, in exchange of coupon n° 10.
