HOUSTON, TEXAS--(Marketwired - March 9, 2015) - Cub Energy Inc. ("Cub" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:KUB) announces that Robert Hodgins has informed the Board that he has resigned as Director of the Company effective March 8, 2015, for personal reasons.
