DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Mar 11, 2015) - Pratt Industries has honored Pizza Patrón with an Environmental Impact Award as part of its annual environmental awards program honoring some of its most socially responsible customers.
Through Pizza Patrón's purchase of Pratt's 100% recycled content packaging and use of closed loop recycling efforts, the pizza chain has made a significant impact on the planet for future generations.
From 2012 through 2014, Pizza Patron's use of 100% recycled content packaging has saved more than:
- 18,000,000 KWH of power
- 14,860 cubic yards of landfill
- 31,500,000 gallons of fresh water
- 76,500 trees
- 4,500 tons of CO2 emissions

Pizza Patrón received the award at a celebratory dinner at Nick and Sam's Steakhouse in Dallas on Monday, March 2nd.
