Westside Chicago Hotel Elevates the Classic Easter Brunch

This Spring Marriott Chicago at Medical District/UIC Welcomes Guests to an Indulgent Easter Celebration

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - Mar 12, 2015) - This Easter, Chicago Marriott at Medical District/UIC welcomes families to celebrate the holiday in their West Loop Chicago restaurant -- Rooks Corner, An American Bistro. On April 5 starting at 10 a.m., hotel guests and restaurant patrons can enjoy a decadent mimosa brunch by Executive Chef Jozih Korotkov.

With the kids on spring break and the extra time off work for mom and dad, Easter is an opportune long weekend to spend some quality time together. Marriott offers families some of the most spacious and beautifully appointed hotel rooms in Chicago.

After sharing Easter mass together, or simply honoring their holiday through private observance, guests can rejoice in a season of renewal with a brunch that includes a variety of beginnings. An assortment of breakfast pastries, muffins, seasonal fruit display, mixed greens and specialty composed salad bar, and a shrimp and mussel cocktail display provide a harmonious start to the dining experience.

Brunch builds with asparagus frittatas, guava cheese crepes, and a personal omelet station. Entrees are bottomless with lemon butter tilapia, chicken saltimbocca, orecchiette primavera, herb crusted prime beef, leg of lamb, and a premiere carving station.

The meal concludes with a full Viennese table with a plethora of cakes, parfaits and pies. For the little bunnies, we serve eggs in bread, mac n' cheese fritters, and smiley fries. Of course, mimosas, coffee, and juice are endless.

Few other hotels in Chicago, Illinois provide their guests with such an impressive spread at such deep value. Rooks Corner, An American Bistro offers their extensive, gourmet brunch menu for just $40.00 per person and $15.00 for children under 12.

Rook's Corner, An American Bistro is open from 6:30 a.m. until 12 a.m. during the week and until 1 a.m. on the weekends.
