Community Hall of Municipality of Saint-Charles-de-Bellechasse to More Effectively Meet Citizen Needs

Government of Canada lending support to Quebec communities


SAINT-CHARLES-DE-BELLECHASSE, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - March 13, 2015) - Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)

Acting on behalf of the Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, the Honourable Steven Blaney, Member of Parliament for Lévis-Bellechasse and Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, announces that the NPO Charolais Champêtre (Gestion des loisirs de Saint-Charles-de-Bellechasse) Inc. has been granted financial assistance to make improvements to the building housing the Claude-Marquis community hall.

This support has been awarded in the form of a $21,570 non-repayable financial contribution through the Local Investment Initiative (LII), a component of CED's Quebec Economic Development Program.
