BANCO SANTANDER CHILE, TO PAY A DIVIDEND OF 60% OF ITS NET INCOME ATTRIBUTABLE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Santiago, March 18, 2015, We inform you that during the last meeting held yesterday, the Board of Banco Santander-Chile agreed to call for an Ordinary Shareholder's meeting on April 28, 2015, in order to discuss, among other matters, the proposal to distribute a dividend of CH$ 1.75221599 per share, corresponding to 60% of net income attributable to shareholders for 2014.

As well, the Board will propose to the Shareholder's meeting that the remaining 40% of the profits be used to increase the Bank's reserves.
