SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwired - March 18, 2015) - Pinnacle, one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, announced today the hire of two regional property managers, Lynn Sears and Ryan Roeter, to oversee assets affiliated with one of the company's larger portfolio assignments from a single client. Based in Seattle, both team members will report to Tina Christiansen, regional vice president.

The Goodman Real Estate (GRE) portfolio is comprised of 55 assets totaling over 9,700 units. Spread across a five-state area, the conventional properties are heavily concentrated in the Pacific Northwest region. Sears will be responsible for the overall operations and growth of seven of those assets totaling 1,288 units. Roeter will initially oversee four others totaling 569 units with more assets being added throughout the year.

Sears brings 18 years of multifamily management experience to the firm working with conventional, affordable and commercial product types from previous roles at Coldwell Banker, Danforth & Associates, Windermere Real Estate/Wall Street and Legacy Management Group. She has a strong background in regional management, having overseen a 1,100 unit portfolio and 43 employees for seven years before joining Pinnacle. Sears also specializes in financial management, employee and resident relations, marketing and leasing.

Prior, Roeter managed a portfolio comprised of 15 assets totaling 228 units for Phillips Real Estate Services. There he was responsible for eight resident managers while successfully increasing revenue and controlling expenses for the owners. His experience also includes residential project and construction management with Toll Brothers. Roeter was granted Top Secret Clearance during his extensive military career as a Platoon Leader, a Battle Captain and a Plans Officer and brings his leadership and organizational talents to his current role.
