Parkland Fuel Corporation Announces Director Retirement

RED DEER, AB--(Marketwired - March 19, 2015) - Parkland Fuel Corporation ("Parkland" or the "Corporation") (TSX: PKI), Canada's largest independent marketer of fuel and petroleum products, today announced the retirement of Alain Ferland from Parkland's Board of Directors (the "Board").

During Alain's time on the Board, he provided steady leadership through significant changes which have occurred at Parkland and, most recently, through the last four years of very high growth which has led to Parkland doubling in size," said Jim Pantelidis, Chairman of the Board. With the retirement of Mr. Ferland, Lisa Colnett will be appointed to the Chair of the Compensation Committee.
