The expansion highlights the company's focus on scaling its identity and mobility management service, and in doing so, increasing its efforts around Microsoft Office 365. The company also shared significant business momentum in FY2015, increasing revenue by more than 150% over FY2014 and bringing its customer count to over 2,000 -- more than double its count at this time last year.

Widespread Adoption: Okta welcomed hundreds of new organizations to its service in FY2015, including RE/MAX, Seventy Seven Energy, TGI Fridays, Zenefits and Zulily. The company also added Krista Anderson as chief customer officer, a direct reflection of Okta's ongoing commitment to customer success as its service spans more locations, customer segments, industries and use cases.

Significant Adoption Across Verticals: The company has seen significant uptake in energy, non-profit and higher education categories. New customers in FY2015 include OneGas, UNICEF, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, California State University, Long Beach and National University.

Entry Into Enterprise Mobility Management: Okta entered the Enterprise Mobility Market in November with Okta Mobility Management. As the industry's first integrated, cloud-based identity and mobility management solution, Okta addresses a much broader set of use cases, including mobile password resets, device-aware access control, and automated provisioning for native mobile applications. Dozens of existing customers, including Del Monte Foods and Twilio, as well as new customers Acadia Pharmaceuticals, Rovi Corporation and Tintri, are already live and realizing the benefits of the offering.

Okta for Developers: Okta also unveiled in November its Developer Edition, a fully productized version of the company's proven APIs that gives app developers, enterprise developers and ISVs an easy way to build identity components directly into web or mobile applications.
