SANTA MARIA, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 19, 2015) - Presidio Residential Capital and Coastal Community Builders will hold a grand opening at Legacy at La Ventana, a new 40.5-acre community in Santa Maria with 120 homes on estate-size lots, on Saturday, March 21, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The community is scheduled to be complete by late 2016.

Legacy at La Ventana, located on East Main and Dressler Avenue, is offering 120 single-story and two-story Spanish colonial, contemporary and French country homes ranging from 1,600 to 2,758 square feet on 6,800 to 13,000 square-foot lots from the $400,000s. The homes, featuring seven different floor plans, have three-car garages, casitas and optional ensuite. Some lots have space for RV parking.
