SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 19, 2015) - Ensighten, the leading global omni-channel data and tag management provider and company behind the Open Marketing Platform, today announced the keynote and expanded speakers list for AGILITY 2015, its annual global user conference attended by over 700 global marketers.

Peter Sims, Wall Street Journal bestselling author, will deliver a thought-provoking keynote based on his collaboration with faculty at the Stanford Institute of Design. His most recent book, Little Bets: How Breakthrough Ideas Emerge from Small Discoveries, sheds new light into what drives innovation and problem solving. The experimental discovery mindset outlined in his book will enable marketers to better navigate uncertain situations and unleash their creative powers. Peter's findings also reveal how individuals, such as former Apple CEO Steve Jobs, comedian Chris Rock and prize-winning architect Frank Gehry, take similar approaches to achieving success despite facing vastly different challenges. Peter is also the coauthor with Bill George of the best-seller True North: Discover Your Authentic Leadership, a member of General Electric's Innovation Advisory Panel, and co-founder of Fuse Corps, a social venture partnership with McKinsey & Company.

"I'm truly excited for the opportunity to speak at Ensighten's AGILITY conference this year," said Sims, AGILITY 2015 keynote speaker. "Based on the available research, it's clear that productive, creative individuals share a similar approach and set of methods in their search for success. In looking at digital marketers today, there is no doubt that experimental discovery and iterative innovation has become more critical, yet the mindset is still somewhat foreign to most. It's fascinating to see how advances in marketing technology further facilitate and accelerate this creative process -- making it accessible to even more individuals."

In addition to Sims' keynote, Digital Analytics Association (DAA) and eMetrics Summit Chairman Jim Sterne will moderate a keynote customer panel, titled "Marketing to the Omni-channel Consumer," featuring Autumn Aubry, Director of Sales and Marketing Reporting and Analytics, Microsoft; Mike Weaver, Director of Data Strategy, Coca-Cola; John Holland, Sr. Manager of Analytics, Online, Home Depot; and Kevin Bolden, Vice President, Marketing - Customer and Marketing Analytics, HP.

"As the MarTech landscape continues its rapid evolution, I'm looking forward for Ensighten's AGILITY 2015 to provide a much-needed educational environment for marketers who are thirsty for new insights and emerging best practices," said Kevin Bolden, Vice President, Marketing - Customer and Marketing Analytics, HP. "It's great to see so many global brands set to share personal experiences of their digital marketing journey. I'm certainly looking forward to joining what promises to be a provocative conversation, both during the customer keynote panel moderated by Jim Sterne, as well as my individual session on 'Assimilating Marketing Analytics - Where Star Trek's Borg Got It Right.'"

In addition to the 25 breakout sessions across five tracks -- spanning marketing agility to innovations in analytics and customer experience optimization -- AGILITY 2015 will also feature 21 Ensighten Academy training sessions and certification courses to support digital marketers with tips and best practices, including better tracking visitor behavior, profile management and audience segmentation, and analytics.

Ensighten AGILITY 2015 will be held at The Palace Hotel, a historic, luxury hotel in downtown San Francisco from April 13-15, 2015. The event features global brands providing insight into the latest emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing.
