All three industry veterans moved from previous roles within the company to join the support team led by Christian Davis, regional vice president.

Perkins was promoted from an onsite position in Nevada to oversee nearly 1,000 units in Southern California. He brings over 20 years of experience to the team, encompassing virtually every product type ranging from new construction lease-ups to well-established properties in need of renovation. Perkins has a strong marketing background that has enabled him to achieve a high level of success for his clients.
McFarland transferred from Pinnacle's Utah division and will lend her expertise to Pinnacle's Northern California assets. With 25 years of tenure in the company, she has been responsible for developing and implementing many aspects of on-site employee training, motivation and support for the Northwest portfolio. She specializes in new business development and has familiarity with her assigned region from previous roles within the company.
Cosby was promoted from an onsite position in Southern California to provide oversight for six properties totaling nearly 1,000 units in the state's north region. Since 1994, she has demonstrated strong team building skills, the ability to control expenses while increasing revenues, and the capacity to lead multiple properties through renovation. Cosby has the keen ability to recognize obstacles and provide immediate solutions for clients.
