Talent Function Achieves Robust Growth in 2014

Company Welcomes New Clients, Grows Team and Celebrates Five-Year Anniversary

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 23, 2015) - Talent Function, reinventing Talent Acquisition for leading global organizations, today announced the stellar results of its 2014 performance. Over the past year, in which the company celebrated its fifth anniversary, Talent Function reported significant growth, adding many new clients to its roster and greatly expanding its internal team of talent acquisition experts.

"Talent Function has grown impressively in its five-year history, and as more companies recognize the value of our expert talent acquisition consultation services, we expect that growth to continue," said Lynn Knight, president of Talent Function. "Without a doubt, 2014 was a watershed year for us by every metric and measure possible. Our successful performance sets the stage to meet growing demand in 2015 as we seek to help more companies improve their talent acquisition strategies through process optimization and by leveraging the technologies that can complement and enhance those processes."

Throughout 2014, Talent Function welcomed many new clients representing a wide range of industries, including hospitality, technology, healthcare, engineering and consumer products. This client growth accounts for an increase of 43 percent compared to 2013. The company also continued its high client retention rates and customer success stories. Through these client engagements, Talent Function has delivered dozens of successful projects that enabled employers to improve and transform recruiting, onboarding and talent acquisition processes.

Talent Function established a well-seasoned leadership team in 2014 to support and prepare for continued growth in subsequent years. Elaine Orler, founder and former president of Talent Function, transitioned her focus to CEO while Lynn Knight, assumed the role of president. Tracey Middlemas, a founding partner with Talent Function, accepted responsibility for Consulting Solutions as a Senior Vice President.

To further ensure the high standard of service for which Talent Function is well known, the company added several new resources throughout 2014, representing 38 percent growth over 2013. Each new member of the Talent Function team comes from a recruiting discipline, with specialization in areas such as onboarding, candidate relationship management and mobile recruiting, thus ensuring that all professionals in the company have the direct experience needed to guide clients on their journeys. Among these key appointments is Amanda Aasen, who has assumed the role of vice president of Finance, Operations & Human Resources.

In the midst of Talent Function's rapid growth and ongoing success, the company celebrated its five-year anniversary in October. During a company-wide event held in Las Vegas, Talent Function conducted several strategic sessions to plan its future course as it continues to attract new clients seeking guidance on how to optimize their talent acquisition practices.
