Correction of voting rights notification published on 07 November 2014: 

On 30 March 2015 Standard Life Investments Limited, Edinburgh, United
Kingdom has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 15
September 2014 its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany
exceeded the threshold of 3 % and amounted to 3.03 % (3,740,142 voting
rights). Of these voting rights 3.03 % (3,740,142 voting rights) were
attributable to Standard Life Investments Limited according to article 22,
paragraph 1, sentence 1, number 6 WpHG. Furthermore 0.36 % (443,607 voting
rights) of these voting rights were also attributable to Standard Life
Investments Limited according to article 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1,
number 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
