California, USA has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 25
March 2015 its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany
decreased below the threshold of 5 % and amounted to 4.96 % (6,125,131
voting rights). These voting rights of 4.96 % (6,125,131 voting rights) are
attributable to Capital Research and Management Company according to sec
22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 WPHG.
2. On 30 March 2015 The Capital Group Companies, Inc., Los Angeles,
California, USA has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 25
March 2015 its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany
decreased below the threshold of 5 % and amounted to 4.96 % (6,125,131
voting rights). These voting rights of 4.96 % (6,125,131 voting rights)
were attributable to The Capital Group Companies Inc. according to sec 22,
para 1, sentence 1, number 6 in connection with sec 22, para 1 sentence 2
and 3 WpHG.
