2014 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

Tarkett filed its 2014 Registration Document in French, with Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on April 2, 2015.
The 2014 Registration Document is available to the public free of charge under the conditions provided by applicable regulations and may be consulted on the "Investor" page of the Group's website www.tarkett.com, in the section "Corporate Documents". It is also available on the AMF's website (www.amf-france.org).
The 2014 Registration Document includes notably:
- The Annual Financial Report;
- The Management report from the Management Board;
- The report of the Supervisory Board on corporate governance and on internal control procedures;
- The information related to the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors in 2014;
- The buyback program description.
