Cleveland, Ohio, April 8, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RevoLaze, LLC, a laser technology firm headquartered in Westlake, OH, announced today that it has reached a settlement and license agreement with Modelos Yasiro, S.A. DE C.V. regarding the patent infringement lawsuits filed with the International Trade Commission on January 7th, 2015. The financial terms of the agreement are confidential.
Modelos Yasiro was one of 9 denim jean manufacturers added to the existing patent infringement lawsuit filed with the International Trade Commission August 18, 2014 naming 17 denim jean companies. They are the first manufacturer to join denim brands Levi Strauss & Co, VF Corporation, Eddie Bauer, Replay Jeans and BlankNYC in reaching a settlement and license agreement with RevoLaze. With the license agreement in place, Modelos Yasiro now has an authorized channel of trade to laser etch denim garments for any denim brand in the world.
