TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 14, 2015) - Tier One Capital Limited Partnership has declared a distribution of $0.125 per common share for shareholders of record as at April 20, 2015. The distribution will be paid to shareholders on April 30, 2015.

Tier One Capital will begin trading ex-dividend on April 16, 2015.
