He helped establish and lead IBM's Business Consulting Services in Europe and was one of Siebel Systems top sales leaders in Europe. Cooper spent the first half of his career on assignment for Burson-Marsteller in North America and Asia-Pacific.

Adventia is currently looking at office and lab space in the Brentwood area of Nashville.
