Scotia Managed Companies Administration Inc., as manager of the funds listed below, announces a change in the trustee for each of the funds listed below, effective April 22, 2015. The new trustee of each fund is an affiliate of the previous trustee of the respective fund and the previous trustee will become the general partner of the new trustee.
