(TSX:KLS)(NYSE MKT:KIQ) - The Company reports that the previously announced dividend of $0.03 per share to be paid to shareholders is scheduled to occur on April 30, 2015. Shareholders resident in the United States or holding Kelso shares through broker-dealers resident in the United States or elsewhere outside of Canada will see a holdback required under Canadian tax regulations of twenty-five (25%) percent of their dividend.
