Groupama SA announces the filing of its 2014 Registration Document with the French stock exchange regulatory authority, l'Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 23 April 2015.
The Registration Document includes, among other items, Groupama SA's Annual Financial Report, the Report of the Chairman of the Board of Director's on corporate governance procedures and on internal control and risk management procedures in place within the Group, as well as the Statutory Auditors' Report thereon.
The Registration Document is available the 24 April 2015 for consultation on Groupama's website www.groupama.com, under the « Finance/Financial Information » section (in French and in English) as well as on the AMF's website www.amf-france.org (in French only).
