Innocoll AG Announces Pricing of Follow-On Offering


ATHLONE, Ireland, April 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Innocoll AG (Nasdaq:INNL), a specialty pharmaceutical company, today announced the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 3,321,669 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") at a public offering price of $9.00 per ADS. Of the ADSs in the offering, 1,999,690 ADSs are being offered by the Company and 1,321,979 ADSs are being offered by selling shareholders. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of ADSs by the selling shareholders. The offering is expected to close on April 30, 2015, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

The Company expects to receive total estimated net proceeds from this offering of approximately $16.1 million after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes and the development of its products.
