This acquisition will increase Kavaliro's capabilities and opportunities for new and existing clientele with the addition of a west coast presence. Kavaliro will also add almost $7 million in revenue, and 45 employees, all while continuing its commitment to high-quality solutions and services within the marketplace.

As part of the agreement, Kavaliro acquires all contractual resources affiliated with the program, and all of Hynes & Company's internal staff. These individuals possess a high degree of competency in multiple fields that align with Kavaliro's current offerings. The agreement also gives the staff the chance to expand their reach through the established Kavaliro network.
