Esperite N.V. announces that it has convened its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") to be held on Wednesday 17 June 2015.
At the AGM, the Company's Executive Director and CEO Mr. Frédéric Amar will inter alia discuss the Company's performance and achievements over 2014 and its plans and forecasts for 2015.
