Media Advisory: Legal expert Steven Shrybman to hold briefing on Bill 91 and Hydro One privatization

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 13, 2015) - Legal experts Steven Shrybman and Darrell Brown will offer a special technical briefing to reporters tomorrow morning at Queen's Park on sections of Bill 91 pertaining to the sale of Hydro One.

Shrybman and Brown have identified numerous areas in which the legislation contradicts Liberal government assurances about ownership, control and accountability. They will outline these issues and be available to discuss legal implications of Bill 91.

In 2002, Shrybman led a successful court challenge that effectively stopped cold plans by P.C. Premier Ernie Eves to sell off Hydro One.
