MONTRÉAL, CANADA--(Marketwired - May 13, 2015) - Rogers Sugar Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX:RSI) is pleased to announce that Lantic Inc. ("Lantic"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Corporation, has reached a four-year agreement with the Alberta Sugar Beet Growers Association. This new agreement will ensure the continuity and stability of beet sugar production in Taber over the next four years. A total of approximately 22,000 acres will be targeted for planting over the next few days which should derive, under normal growing conditions, approximately 80,000 metric tonnes of refined sugar.
