BIOX Management Changes: CFO Christopher Clinning Appointed CEO

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 14, 2015) - BIOX Corporation (BIOX) (TSX:BX), a renewable energy company, today announced that CFO Christopher Clinning has been appointed CEO effective May 15^th, 2015, replacing Kevin Norton who is leaving the Company to pursue other interests.
