RAK Petroleum plc, the Oslo-listed oil and gas investment company, today announced that it has received TR-1 forms notifying it of Major Share Interests from Mr. Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani, RAK Gas LLC, DNO ASA, Al Majid Investment Co (LLC), Afaq Al Roya Trading LLC, TransAsia Gas International LLC, Massar Investments LLC and Emirates National Oil Company Limited (LLC). These TR-1 forms reflect the information previously set forth in the company's 11 May 2015 announcement regarding the shareholdings and voting rights of each of those persons or entities.
