Delany Road in Gurnee, IL. The new facility boasts 55,000 square feet of storage space, including 475 units, with both climate and non-climate controlled options. Red Dot Storage will be upgrading the property with a variety of enhanced security and access control features as well as a 24-hour automated rental center, a new gate system, upgraded pavement and upgraded lighting.
The Safe Self Storage acquisition brings the total number of Red Dot Storage properties in Illinois and Wisconsin to 23.
