Ritz-Carlton Montreal and INFINITI Canada to Host "Hamptons Chic"-Themed Grand Prix Party, With Special Guest Appearance by David Coulthard

MONTREAL, QC--(Marketwired - May 19, 2015) - The crème de la crème of the international racing community are set to assemble in Montreal for the annual Formula One Grand Prix, from June 5 to 7, 2015. Yet the city's most-anticipated social event will be off the Gilles Villeneuve racetrack, at Ritz-Carlton Montreal's Grand Prix party in conjunction with INFINITI Canada.

Held on Friday, June 5, 2015, the luxury Montreal hotel's now-legendary annual event will take place in the glamorous Palm Court, Oval Room and Oval Terrace, beginning at 6 p.m. until 2 a.m. This year, guests are invited to discover a "Hamptons chic"-themed evening, and the landmark hotel will be transformed to reflect the iconic style of the influential Long Island beachfront community.

The ticketed event will feature an open Moët & Chandon champagne bar; tantalizing food stations by Ritz-Carlton Montreal's Executive Chef, Johnny Porte; late-night dessert stations; spinning by local celebrity DJ, DJ YO-C; live musical performances throughout the evening; and an open bar until 2 a.m. There will also be a special guest appearance by 13-time Formula One Grand Prix winner and Red Bull ambassador, David Coulthard.

The Hamptons-inspired design and decor for the party have been arranged by Montreal society event planner, Maddy K Weddings & Events Atelier, with floral designs created by Jean Pascal Lemire. Sponsors include Armani, TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Privilege, Chubb Insurance of Canada, Holt Renfrew, Ogilvy Montreal, Air Canada's enRoute Magazine, and Moët & Chandon.

Underscoring the Hamptons theme even further, the Grand Prix festivities will extend beyond the party with La Plage Moët & Chandon, a chic pop-up beach in partnership with Moët & Chandon champagne at Ritz-Carlton Montreal's restaurant, Maison Boulud. La Plage Moët & Chandon will be open to diners daily from June 1 to July 1, 2015, 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
