LINDON, UT--(Marketwired - May 20, 2015) - AccessData Group today announced the appointment of industry veteran Abdeslam Afras as vice president of international markets. Afras will be based in the company's Frankfurt, Germany office.

Afras, who has nearly 25 years of experience in business-to-business information technology, was most recently director of AccessData's EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and India regions. He has served in the international markets division for AccessData since 2010.

"Abdes is a proven leader with robust experience leading international operations and sales organizations for some of the largest B2B technology companies in our industry," said Keith James, executive vice president of worldwide sales and marketing for AccessData Group. "AccessData's international markets team serves customers in every major vertical market, law enforcement and government agencies," said Afras. "The products in our portfolio pioneered digital forensics and litigation support more than two decades ago, and we continue to innovate in new and exciting ways. Our international team is able to work with customers worldwide to facilitate demonstrations and training sessions for our e-discovery, forensics and cybersecurity products."

He will be tasked with ensuring that AccessData customers in non-U.S. markets receive a high level of personal attention and customer service.

"John has done a great job working with our customers in the U.S. and I'm confident that he will be a tremendous addition to our international markets team," said Afras.
