Orbite Announces its Annual and Special Shareholders Meeting and a Change to its Board of Directors


MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - May 20, 2015) - Orbite Aluminae Inc. (TSX:ORT)(OTCQX:EORBF) ("Orbite", or the "Company") announced today that it will hold its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") on June 18, 2015 and that Mr. Peter Crossgrove will not seek reelection as director of the Company.

Shareholders Meeting

The record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at the Meeting has been set at May 15, 2015. The Company's related meeting materials, including the management information circular, will be mailed to shareholders of record and are currently available on www.sedar.com. Change to Orbite's Board

Mr. Peter Crossgrove, Director of the Company since May 2013, will not seek reelection to the Board of Directors at the upcoming shareholders meeting due to personal and health reasons.
