On 19 May 2015, Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares of 5p were allotted at £22.64 to Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, the trustee of The Rathbone Inland Revenue Approved Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan") in respect of the reinvestment of the Rathbone Brothers Plc final 2014 dividend paid into the Plan.
