California Legislation Paves the Way for Reflect Scientific Reefers

OREM, UT--(Marketwired - May 26, 2015) - Reflect Scientific, Inc. (OTCQB: RSCF), a provider of diverse products and services for the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and transportation industries announced that California Proposition 1B has been updated to include a funding program for cryogenic transportation refrigeration units (TRU's). A total of $240 million is available for disbursement for initiatives lowering emissions.

An amended California Proposition 1B includes a funding provision for emission free cryogenic TRU's to aid companies as they strive to meet stringent emission standards. This legislation will allow 80% of the cost of a Cryometrix AZE TRU and 50% of the liquid nitrogen delivery infrastructure to be funded. The funding is anticipated to be available during the fall of 2015.

The Cryometrix AZE TRU is an emissions free drop in replacement for current diesel powered refrigeration systems. Sam Sampson, Director of Sales at Reflect Scientific, commented, "This is a great incentive for companies looking to eliminate emissions from their refrigerated transportation fleet. The Cryometrix AZE TRU meets all California emissions requirements for the foreseeable future at a lower overall cost than diesel units."
