Two structured settlement consultants with extensive experience in the industry have joined The Pension Company.

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., June 3, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - The Pension Company (TPC) today announced that two structured settlement consultants with extensive industry experience have joined the company, one of whom is building TPC's West Coast presence. At JMW, Tom helped develop the use of Reversionary Medical Trusts for Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) cases for the United States Government. Following his tenure at JMW Settlements, Tom joined Settlement Planning Associates (SPA), which merged with Mesirow Financial in 2006, as a Senior Vice President.. Tom's work focuses on negotiating claims associated with complex personal injury lawsuits, with an emphasis on claims arising from environmental liability. He has been qualified in more than 15 states as an expert economist and annuitist, and frequently serves as an expert witness in environmental and personal injury litigation. Tom received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Georgetown University, where he also lectured in both the graduate and undergraduate programs.
