CybAero begins process for listing on Nasdaq Stockholm in 2016

CybAero, which develops and manufactures remotely piloted helicopter systems,
decided at its most recent board meeting to prepare the company to switch to a
new execution venue for the company’s shares.
The Board of Directors of CybAero passed a resolution at the most recent board
meeting to prepare the company to switch to a new execution venue for the
company’s shares in 2016, from Nasdaq First North to Nasdaq Stockholm.

CybAero has experienced strong growth in recent years and the board considers
the move to Nasdaq Stockholm a natural step in the company’s development.

“Interest in CybAero’s shares has increased over the past year from both private
and institutional investors. Being listed on Nasdaq Stockholm serves as a
quality seal for the company and simultaneously creates better conditions for
more institutional investors to be a part of the company’s continuing growth,”
says Mikael Hult, CEO of CybAero.
