Dundee Energy Announces Management Changes


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 16, 2015) - Dundee Energy Limited (TSX:DEN) ("Dundee Energy" or the "Company") today announced the resignation of Mr. Jaffar Khan as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Harold (Sonny) Gordon, Chairman of the Company said, "The board of directors would like to thank Jaffar for his contribution to Dundee Energy over the years." Mr. Khan will remain as a director of the Company. "I look forward to continuing to serve the Company as a director and remain a strong supporter and shareholder," said Mr. Khan.

Mr. Bruce Sherley, P.Eng, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee Energy effective immediately. Mr. Sherley has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee Oil and Gas Limited, the Company's subsidiary operating its Ontario assets since 2008. Mr. Sherley has previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from 2001 to 2008.
