("Titan" or the "Company") (TSX: TMD) (OTCQX: TITXF) today announced that it has signed an Option Agreement with Platform Imaging, LLC to acquire the exclusive rights to integrate camera control software into the SPORT™ Surgical System. This sophisticated tool-tracking software will enable automation of the pan and tilt functions of the camera module to provide surgeons with a view of the surgical field without the need to manually position and reposition the camera.
