Inwido appoints new SVP EBE and VP Smart Business Development

Effective July 1, 2015 Mads Storgaard Mehlsen has been appointed SVP Business
Area Emerging Business Europe (EBE) and member of Inwido Group Management. Most
recently Mads held the position as SVP Denmark a Business Area he will continue
to lead until a successor has been appointed. Inwido has also appointed Johan
Ambuhm into the newly established position as VP Smart Business Development,
starting no later than August 15, 2015.

well as acquisition based growth together with substantial improvements in the

Mads Storgaard Mehlsen has successfully led Inwido Denmark since 2010 and during
that period the Danish business has grown into one of the most profitable and
successful window and door businesses in Europe. Along with the appointment of
Mads the Danish JNA and Spar businesses will be moved organizationally and
become part of Business Area EBE. Already when these specialists within e-traded
windows and doors were acquired in 2014 the intention was to use their knowledge
as well as their technical platform for Inwido´s international e-commerce
expansion. To get the right attention and resources for this important strategic
initiative JNA and Spar will turn into a separate business unit, named e
-Commerce. With this move Business Area EBE will as of July 1, 2015, include the
business units; Austria, Ireland, Poland, the UK and e-Commerce.

Inwido’s new Vice President Business Development, Johan Ambuhm, is currently
responsible for the division EMEA's smart home integration business at Assa
Abloy. He has more than 15 years of broad background in international business
development, management and product management within security, telecom and
manufacturing businesses.  Johan will be responsible for the overall development
of Inwido’s smart business concepts and the IQ brand as well as other strategic
projects.
