AlliancePharma Announces Appointment of New Director, Dr. Sami B. Chaouch

THETFORD MINES, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - June 18, 2015) - AlliancePharma Inc. (TSX VENTURE:APA) ("AlliancePharma" or "The Company") is pleased to announce that Dr. Sami B. Chaouch has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors. Dr. Chaouch holds a PhD. in Finance from the University Paris-Dauphine and a business administration degree from HEC Carthage in Tunisia. He worked at many high profile international jobs in finance and corporate advisory services, with a special focus on media, tourism industry, before being appointed as Chief financial officer and member of the Board of Directors of V Media Group in Montreal.
