Pure Cycle Corporation Announces Investor Call June 19, 2015


DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Jun 18, 2015) -  Pure Cycle Corporation (NASDAQ: PCYO) announces it will be hosting a meeting with investors that may be attended in person or by telephone immediately following the conclusion of its special shareholders' meeting on Friday, June 19, 2015, at 10 a.m. Mountain Time (12 p.m. Eastern). The meeting will be held at the offices of Davis, Graham & Stubbs LLP, at 1550 17th Street, Suite 500, Denver, CO 80202.

The special shareholders' meeting scheduled on June 19th is the continuation of the shareholders' meeting originally held on May 20, 2015 and adjourned to June 19, 2015. At the meeting, the shareholders will vote on the sale of approximately 14,641 acres of land and 18,448.44 shares of stock in the Fort Lyon Canal Company, to Arkansas River Farms, LLC, for approximately $53.0 million in cash, pursuant to the purchase and sale agreement dated March 11, 2015, as amended, among the Company, PCY Holding, LLC, wholly owned by the Company, and Arkansas River Farms, LLC, subject to such amendments thereto as the board of directors may approve.
