Seair's board chairman John Goetz says, "The addition of Mr. Karnik and Mr. McKeever to our board will bring significant expertise and experience in areas that are important to Seair's success and shows that Seair is coming of age and able to attract directors of this high caliber. Having a seasoned U.S. based investment banker on the board will be a definite asset as Seair continues to grow and having a director located in Europe with strong ties to Asia should open opportunities in those markets that we did not have a window to previously."
